There might be various reasons why you run into trouble with your test system and need support. No matter if your test system is not operating any more, if the forklift damaged it or you pressed a wrong button during the software-update - we are at your disposal to help. Usually the self test of the system helps further or if you agree we can help on a remote basis.
If this does not help we deliver as soon as possible spare parts or send a repairperson. Our suppliers all offer support, delivery or even subsidiaries wordwide. This enables our technician to bring the spare part either with him or to send the exchange device directly to your place.
