Keysight's TestExec software
In TestExec, instruments from different threaded sequences can be shared in parallel and asynchronous modes. The "Lock Instrument Handlers" function can be used to lock a shared instrument so that only one Threaded Sequence at a time can access the shared instrument. In addition, the user can set the same symbol value for different UUTs in a threaded sequence that has the throughput multiplier enabled.
The user can filter report results and messages by sequence name and testing position. The number of passed and failed tests for a threaded sequence in asynchronous mode is displayed once the execution of the threaded sequence is complete.
In addition, data logging has been improved to support sequential, parallel or asynchronous mode when executing threaded sequences.
